I had a different plumbing company give an estimate for $6900 to replace a section of my main drain pipe because they couldn't clear the blockage. Their estimate didn't include repairing all the concrete they were going to demo which was going to put me out an additional $3000-4,000. Schroeder plumbing came recommended by a friend who heard about my $10k+ plumbing estimate. The guys from Schroeder were professional, and they were able to clear the blockage in short order with a hydro jet which was so much better than tearing up all my concrete to replace the drain line. Called this morning and they refused to service my home because they said they don't do mobile homes which doesn't make sense because my manufactured home is in a high-end gated community, is inset and comes with external plumbing and access just like a sticks and bricks home. The guy who answered the phone said his boss would call me which he never did. Unprofessional and pretty dumb on their part to pass up an easy job. Obviously, they don't know what they are talking about if they pass up things this easy.
