Woke up with a disaster this morning. Water Heater have up! What a mess. When I called I was in luck their technician Brian could come over in 20 minutes. Brian gave me great advice and had my new water heater installed and ready to go. He further helped me with some solutions that still needed to be resolved. Such great service. I’m very grateful! I had a repair needed prior to my soft water system being installed and ARID called me with-in 15 minutes of my request, sent TN to our house he was very professional he did a great job. I asked them to provide an estimate for another repair that was incorrect by another plumber, he provided an estimate prior to leaving our house, and the office called me we agreed to it.TN was here the next day work was completed very professionally, clean and we are very happy with the work.
