I've used Water Pros Plumbing for a few projects over the years and have received exceptional service every time! This most recent being a corroded valve/pipe that need to be replaced. One of our AC units stopped working last evening. I called Duke's of Air at 7AM the next morning and they were able to schedule a tech to visit by that afternoon. By 10 am I received a call that a tech was in the neighborhood and could stop by if I was available. I agreed to the earlier time. The tech, Anthony arrived, diagnosed the problem and had our AC unit up and running within 15 minutes. Anthony was very knowledgeable and professional. Anthony also fixed some minor issues with the thermostat wiring which if it were not corrected could have led to more major problems down the road. The repair cost was very reasonable.I have used Duke's in the past for repairs and the replacement of 2 complete systems at a previous residence. They did excellent work at reasonable prices. Arizona Duke's of Air seems to value and treat their employees well. Everyone from Duke's that I have met thus far have been very knowledgeable, professional and had very positive things to say about their employer.

Speed: Our gas hot-water heater went out so we had no hot water. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged Nick on Yelp, he responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. Nick (Plumber) told me what was going on with my hot water heater and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time on the phone with the hot water technical support people to confirm analysis.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. Norfleet Family Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. Norfleet Family Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.
