After Moms passing we are faced with many issues in trying to prepare to sell her home. We encountered a plumbing issue. Davis Plumbing came out and quickly rodded the main and we thought all was fixed. But in a day we had gurgling in a sink and tub which concerned us naturally. We called Davis again and they came out and re-rodded and were confident that all was well and the 2nd visit was no charge. Our AC unit stopped working. Sean and Jason from Parker and Sons were so great! They were very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. They got parts within 24 hours and installed a compressor and fan the next day. Other companies I reached out to didn’t even call back. Parker and sons are on top of their customer service!
