With no judgement and a super friendly demeanor, he not only had my air handler back up and running in 10 minutes, but finished my thermostat upgrade and checked my systems given we just moved in to the house yesterday. I was impressed at the knowledge and attention to detail he had- going so far as to offer to wear booties to protect our floors, and took the time to make sure all was working properly before he left.
