Rooter 4 Less was scheduled through my warranty company. Terry performed the initial diagnoses with a little attitude and then scheduled us a week out to install a new water heater. After waiting the week, he showed up angry and told me that my neighbor and I could not stand in my driveway and watch him work. That we were to go inside. He then got angrier and took off with my water heater after waiting a week for it!!! I imagine he didn't want us there so that he could do work that wasn't needed and charge us too much. Otherwise, why would anyone behave in such a manner??? I was prepared to pay the $300 he was charging for modifications (outside what he was being paid from the warranty company) of a drain pain and adding some piping. His disrespect and lack of professionalism was quite shocking.

Their team of plumbers quickly identified the problem and efficiently repaired the pipe. They were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the repair process to me. The pipe has been working perfectly ever since. I am grateful for their prompt and reliable service and would highly recommend them for any plumbing pipe repairs.

I was very pleased with the service. I received from Jaguar Plumbing. The technician that replaced the disposal in my house, he was polite, professional, and had the unit changed out in no time! I will be using Jaguar Plumbing for future plumbing issues should they arise.

Awesome service, came out quickly and did a solid job. I had botched an attempted sink replacement when I found out the new faucet I had purchased wouldn't work with the existing valves.

The hot water pipe was an older style and soldered on, and my old valves weren't closing enough to shut off the water without turning off the main.

Got both sink valves replaced and was charged very fairly for the whole deal, definitely my go-to plumbing service from now on.
