There are only a few technicians I have ever met that are as courteous and professional as Kyle from Parker & Sons. His knowledge and work ethic were spectacular as he performed exceptionally well. He isolated the issue with my A/C unit and then went out of his way to explain exactly what he was doing. He answered all my questions in a way I could understand which really made me feel comfortable. FYI. I contacted Parker & Sons yesterday afternoon and Kyle was at my home at 8:30AM this morning. Other companies I contacted said it would be days before they could get to me. I cannot say enough about Parker &Sons professionalism from my initial call with Cathy who made all the arrangements to Kyle the technician. I highly recommend Parker & Sons to anyone requiring A/C or any other service they offer.

Dekota is just great. He arrived on time and was able to deal with the problem quickly and efficiently. Not only was his price completely reasonable, he ended up charging a bit less than he quoted.
