I am super happy with Parker & Sons! I had an emergency problem with my air conditioner on a 107 degree day. My previous company said they couldn't help me. I called Parker & Sons, and two hours later, a new thermostat was installed and my a/c was working great! The service person was pleasant and professional, and explained everything he was doing. And the price was reasonable! I am so happy to be part of their family. And the man who did the work even took out my trash as he was leaving!

The owner, Kirk, sent his grandson Brett out to help me with unclogging a shower drain. Brett called me before heading over to my house to confirm; he was right on time.

It took Brett about 15 minutes to get my drain unclogged and working perfectly. He even stayed longer to help me with an additional issue that was unrelated to the drain clog!

Brett is a very friendly person, and is very knowledgeable about plumbing. Feel good about hiring these folks; there's a good reason they get great reviews, and that's excellent customer service.
