My garage was flooded! I would never think this would happen to me. Right near lindsay and McKellips in Mesa...well these guys made quick work of this. They got to my house in 35 minutes! They made really quick decision to get the water turned off. Then came to me and showed me what they recommended as the repair. Turned out that i thought a pipe bursted or a might of had a slab leak, well it was the water heater leaking at the bottom. They had everything under control. They finished the work quickly, neatly and did a plumbing health check up on the rest of the for free! I figured with a name like Pink Plumbing they must care about people. I think if they were called Pink Roto-Rooter I might of called the wrong place... Great job guys and i am happy that you donate to the right cause! If your lucky you might get my tech. Had them troubleshoot a possible leak. Good experience with the super friendly tech that came out. Also had Gary S. do filter/softener work in the past.

I called my home warranty, and I received a call back from these guys called within the hour, I was also advised that they could be here today.
The came in and unclogged my washer be drain very fast and effectively and clean, Super nice guys am I even took thre shoes off at request when they came in my house.
Couldn't ask for better service, you can't go wrong requesting these guys at all.

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.

We recently discovered a leak under in our kitchen island that looked like it had been active for quite some time. We were referred to Anchor plumbing and after reading all of the positive reviews, decided to call to make an appointment. I called on a Sunday figuring I would leave a message and they would get back to me on Monday being google stated they were closed on Sunday. A couple hours later I received a call and Dan said he could make it out in a couple of hours to check out our issue. Dan was prompt, and kept me in the loop with respect to when he planned on arriving at the house. This is important to me in that many contractors that I have dealt with never seem to make the quoted times (which is OK if they call you and let you know). Dan was very professional and we could not be happier with his work. He determined the source of the water and gave us references for dealing with the cleanup. I will definitely be using Anchor as my plumbing contractor from here on out.

We have used Bill and Mike Plumbers for the last 4 years. They have always done good work, always on time. Very nice plumbing technicians and office staff. They have completed many jobs for us... new toilets, water heater. We have been very happy with the quality of work that they have done for us.
