Parker & Sons were very thorough in checking my air conditioner for any issues. My unit needed cleaning & our technician took photos & provided options to me. I chose their Captura equipment be added to my 9 year old unit. It guarantees your unit remains clean for 10 years, & the equipment has a lifetime warranty. I liked it could manage the quality of our indoor air, & keep the allergens at a minimum. Our tech was very professional & pleasant.
