Parker and Son's did a great job for us. The Service Tech Joshua was very good. He documented all the issues he found with our air conditioner and explained all the options for repairs...He was excellent.

We had a new AC/Heater unit installed in May 2021. It's 2 yrs later now and I was recently trimming a bush that is positioned in front of a grate. While trimming, the AC was on and I was concerned about the feeling of cold air coming from under the home by way of a grate. I called Dukes and explained ... Pamela confirmed that the unit was still under warranty and set an appointment with Justin for the following day. I have been delighted with Justin from previous service calls and when he arrived he brought the new guy Jeremy, who had a super friendly manor just like Justin ... it was 2 cool guys ... for the price of one. They investigated and found that 2 ducts (original) had fallen away ... about an hour later they had corrected the problem and the force of air inside was 50 % stronger, which was a bonus benefit that I had not even considered and of course the force of air was greatly diminished coming from under the house.
