Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

Updating my review here as this company did a fantastic job reaching back out and admitting their mistake. I can definitely sense that they really cared that they dropped the ball, and in a world where everybody makes mistakes, that's what matters.Very poor experience. After setting an appointment and waiting most of the late morning and early afternoon for the plumber to show up, I called at the 12th hour to find out what was going on.Was told there was an error in their system and they apologized and the guy would be out in a few minutes.30 minutes later, the gps link for the driver that was supposed to show up kept getting further and further from the house... 6 min, 10 min, 12 min.If we wanted to wait all day for a non appointment, we would have called the cable company 😀.Overall, wasted 5 hours.

You have to pay $85 just for them to come out, then repairs and materials are separate, and they don't even have same day appointments. No thank you
