I am a realtor in Jackson TN and have used Tim Ferguson for a long time. I know they are a great company! Oct 26th was my first chance to work with the Memphis location. From the first phone call they exceeded expectations. My husband's 97 year old aunt had been without hot water for almost 2 weeks while fighting with a home warranty company. Finally she agreed to let me help. I called Ferguson at 3:30 to get her a hot water heater - thinking Saturday at the earliest and more than likely Monday. The person who answered said I am dispatching now. Within 20 minutes Jared called to tell me he was on his way. By 6:00 her new hot water heater was installed.
