John came to my house on a weekend to investigate a leak in the main water line. He was great - very friendly and professional. He spent considerable effort (on a sweltering day!) digging in my front yard but found that the leak was under a tree, so we had to schedule a more extensive excavation project for later.

Were quick to respond to call but showed no motivation to work. Showed up as if upset they had to work that day, shrugged shoulders, and quick to leave once they go their check. When called back because of concerns we had about the job they had done, the serviceman just showed and shrugged his shoulders as if to say “what the the heck do you want”. The only people who seem to at least take their job seriously are the operators who answered the phone in the beginning.
