Matt came to perform preventative maintenance on our AC system before summer. He checked and cleaned both the unit outside and the unit upstairs. While in the attic, Matt noticed that the tankless water heater had water in the pan. He notified me immediately and recommended someone come check it out. Conway had a plumber come within an hour and corrected the issue with the hot water heater before it became a big problem. Matt could've just stuck to his job but he saw something and let us know.
