Best Septic Tank in Madison WI

We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as emergency call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.

Excellent communication from the first phone call to Roto-Rooter, to the service call. Ryan, the service rep., was great. He was on time, polite, kept me informed of his progress and explained the issue and how it was resolved. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and would highly recommend this company!
