Best Major Repair in Madison WI

I bought a tankless waterheater and RO filter.

I can't say enough good things about this place. As other reviews have said Regan dispenses his knowledge freely and the customer experience is amazing. There are many positives, but here are my highlights.

1. Regan worked through the install with me in diagram form. This meant I got all the parts I needed in one trip saving me time.

2. I also feel like I got quality products. Not just the cheapest parts available (and the price difference isn't that big).

3. I got advise on how to maintain them. This is big as long term I know I will not be replacing it in a few years.

This place is what true customer service is about - I just wish there was an electrical store that offered the same service.

H.J. was very responsive to all of my questions about replacing my 40 gallon water heater prior to installation. However, they replaced my tall and narrow water heater with a short and wide water heater, thus reducing the footprint of the utility room, and boxing in a bunch of storage . We had to destroy some of it to get it out. Would have been great to know about this ahead of time, or prior to on-site installation. When I found out post installation, they didn't respond to any email questioning why this wasn't communicated at any time. In addition, the plastic bag affixed to the side of the unit with the user's manual and warranty paperwork was filled with water. Didn't realize it until it fell off the side of the water heater and onto the floor.

My husband called last night with a backed up drain in the basement and We were told that someone would be out here at 9:30 needless to say Dr. Rooter was here promptly at 9:30 and had the problem diagnosed within minutes! His service was fast efficient and a great price! Highly recommend!!
