If you want someone to talk down to you, not listen to anything you're saying, belittle your budget and make insulting comments about things unrelated to the plumbing he was called there for, then this is the company for you. I'm not even interested in what the quote says, this company won't be getting our business.

Kevin and Jake arrived on time to clean out stack pipe and sewer line to street. As requested, they also checked the stack pipe up to the roof to make sure there were no blockages. This was the only company I could find (out of the three that I called) that would also go on the roof to clean out stack pipe from that location, if needed. The house is 60 years old and lots of yuck came out. They were very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Dan R did a thorough job for us again. He made some maintenance recommendations and was kind to my inquisitive 5-year-old. The price was fair; the service was fast, hours from when we called on the same day, and the work area was kept clean. The office called before he arrived too. For a necessary job like this, I would definitely give them a call!

We took Dan up on the yearly service recommendation last year and got a card in the mail to schedule an appointment. I called without an emergency and planned for a couple of days later. That morning I got a call letting me know they were on schedule, and Brett, the technician, came out to do the maintenance! Feb 2020, the tech Mark came out and did a great job. Every time Roto-Rooter comes out, they do a great job and clean up! Mark added a missing floor drain cap today that was missing. I didn’t know it was missing, so that will help with keeping things healthier in our finished basement. Plus, I got some useful information about keeping it maintained and how it works — another great job with the yearly maintenance.

I was very impressed by how honest and helpful they were! Instead of doing something to just charge money, they told me what the problem was and how to really fix it! He took the time to explain how to make sure I don't have a problem in the future and then set it up so they will automatically check in with me. They were very helpful!!!

Ok.....We started fine with Jack (plumbing Pros owner) then it went wrong with him. He never returned my calls and failed to show up. Not sure why but we paid him around 3k for work in a place I just recently got. One time he charged 300$ for 30 minutes worth of work. Why, because I was getting deployed and I had to leave the next morning when I discovered the leak the night before. He took advantage of the situation. Good for you Jack if you are reading this.
I would never recommend him if you need reliable guy. I have all his text messages for any one want to verify what I have just said.
