We had our entire HVAC system replaced yesterday and I could not be happier with Cardinal's service. Everything, from the initial sales call, to the estimate, to the actual install and after was exceptional.Dale, the salesperson I spoke with, was thorough, prompt and responsive.He answered all of my questions (there were a lot) and helped me pick out the best system for our home. Of the 5 companies I contacted, he was the only one to follow up with us. He also walked us through all the available rebates and incentives to make sure we got the best price.I priced out several options and estimates, and Cardinal wasn't the cheapest, but I feel they were the best long-term value. If you're looking for a cheap rush job, Cardinal probably isn't for you, but if you want to invest in your home, they're the right choice. We had a home energy audit earlier this year, from another company, and Cardinal's service techs helped us apply for discounts and Focus On Energy rebates they suggested.I like that Cardinal covers everything, from HVAC & plumbing to electrical. It's helpful finding quality service for everything all in one place, as well as an optional service contract. We had been using local handy people and Thumbtack for everything Cardinal does, but that's no longer necessary.The actual installation went smoother than I expected. They replaced our furnace, AC & water heater in less than 6 hours. The installers were all full-time employees, not contractors, and I received notifications (with photos) before they arrived. They were on time, polite and left next to no trace that they were there. Everybody wore masks indoors and they were mindful of our cats. We got a top-to-bottom explanation of everything they did, including a demo of our new thermostat.It's probably too soon to say how the new system is working, but it's quieter, more consistent and easier to use than our old setup. The energy efficiency calculators I've used online say the HVAC should pay for itself in a few years.I think it's safe to say Cardinal has become our go-to for home service.

Bob and his helper were early, friendly, professional and good at their business. Our installation went smoothly, the guys did a nice job and now, after a week, everything is working well. They cleaned up when done. Excellent job!
