My floor drain was backing up and draining extremely slowly. Called Mark's Reddi Rooter on Monday (3/21/22) and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday (3/22/22). Shaun and Arthur used a heavy duty snake to clear the clog which was somewhere between my house and the main pipe. They cleaned up after. Really happy with the service and the promptness. Highly recommend this business. A big thank you.

Our main sewer drain was clogged and started to seep back through the basement floor drain. Called Roto-Rooter the next morning and had a technician at our door a couple hours later. The technician was polite, kind, knowledgable and was able to get the job done quickly. Overall, the prices are extremely reasonable and the job was done professionally.

I was really impressed with the quality of service I received from MPFP. Soon after moving into a new (old ,updated) house, we experienced a serious leak in the basement. I called MPFP, and they came out that same day to check it out. The next day a technician , Jim, came and found the origin of the leak coming from the upstairs bathroom. He was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient while repairing the leak. He also reconnected a newly installed refrigerator hook up for the water and ice maker that had been installed incorrectly by the crew that delivered the appliance weeks before. We had been waiting for them to come back to remedy the situation, but they never showed up! He took great care moving the refrigerator back so as to not scratch the wood floors (already scratched by the crew that delivered the refrigerator in the first place!) I can't say enough good things about the service we received. We are considering installing a water softener in the near future, and we will definitely go through Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection!
