Best Water Valve in Lubbock TX

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

We have been working with Lowery's for over a year now. In April of 2022 one of their contactors told us we needed a new backyard plumbing line to solve our current issues. Not only did the job have multiple complications and take over 6 weeks to complete, but we are still having plumbing issues and cannot currently use our kitchen sink or washing machine.
Our technician, Albert has been wonderful every time he visits. He has always openly communicated with me and 4/5 times been able to successfully clear a clog. Another technician, Lucas, was very kind and did everything he could to help after knowing we spent so much money with them. However they were unable to fix the current problem.
However, after paying over $6,500 for services, we are still unable to successfully use our plumbing system.

I had leak in pipe below sink, a leak in kitchen faucet, and a small leak in bathtub faucet. The leak under sink required that he crawl under house to fix it. I opened up hole. He quoted me $350 to do this. He also said if he replaced faucet on sink with his faucet it would be $175. I bought faucet. He then wrote a bill on his phone for $525. I was shocked!! I was speechless. I should not have agree to this but I was so shocked that I did sign the agreement. But this is disgraceful what they charged me for about 2 hours of work. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will do all I can do to let the public know what happened here. Debbie Chaney

I requested an appt online and never received a call indicating the appt had been approved the following morning. I called at 10 am and was not greeted in a professional manner. Then at 10:56 am I get a random, nearly incomprehensible text from someone (who turned out to be John) asking for some odd information about the house/water heater. I texted back with him for 3-4 messages and then he was just gone. I called and he never answered. I called the company and was told yeah, John's not very good at communication... No one ever showed up and my advice is to STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

These guys are great! Came out when a pipe burst in the wall... were there within an hour and got it fixed!
2 days later, we had a stopped up drain.... the technician came out and cut that unplugged within an hour as well. Thank you Black Plumbing!
