I've used B&R for about 20 yrs now. Initially I asked for a gas line ran to a hot tub heater in the backyard. Three other companies wouldn't even quote it. B&R did the installation at a reasonable price. I've used them ever since. Reseating toilets, new AC/Heater, replacing leaking gas lines, slab leaks...they've repaired the gamut here. I would highly recommend.

Had them scheduled for a camera video inspection of a sewer line for Friday morning and had to have it for a real estate transaction option period that was to end on Saturday. Did not show up by 9:00 so called them and said they had to find a slab leak at another place and would probably come by noon. Told them to call me and I would come back to open up the vacant property for them. Did not get a call by sometime in the afternoon. So I called their office and voice mail said that their admin office is closed on Friday afternoon. Left messages a couple times and never got a call back or a call from the plumbers. Called me Monday morning but it was to late.

Rudy was awesome! He drained and flushed our hot water heater and fixed a dysfunctional toilet. He gave us great guidance on how to extend the life of our water heater (instead of trying to sell us a new one! ). I will definitely call him in the future for any plumbing issues. Thanks, Rudy!
