Best Furnace Blower in Lubbock TX

I recently purchased a commercial property. It was in need of some renovation which included the need to replace the old non working HVAC system. I contacted Sinclair to perform an inspection of the current system and provide an estimate for total replacement. Sales Technician Mike M. came by to perform the inspection. He was very thorough and provided several options for me to consider that would work for the building. I was very pleased with the inspection and interaction with Mike. He truly represented Sinclair as a top notch company.

I had them come out and fix my AC last summer. The guy came out fixed it and 34 days later the it broke down again. He didn't want me out there while he worked didn't really answer my questions and told me it was only guaranteed for 30 days. Lo and behold 34 days later it broke down again, called them again and this time I got a different tech. He was much better and explained what had happened. Later while speaking with someone who knew AC repair, they told me the first guy should have caught the issue that broke it the second time when he fixed it the first time. It was something that he knew would create more business for them. I would have given them only 1 star but as the second tech was so much nicer and didn't charge me I gave the company 2 stars. Will not be calling them again.
