Great service on the plumbing in my remodel.

My water heater went out and was leaking everywhere, and I needed help fast. The leak was causing issues with the electrical of the house, as well, shorting out connections and all that. I live in a manufactured house, so there was also a fear that the leak would damage the floor and cause it to rot out in that area. I called them at 2pm and they agreed to meet me at my house at 4. Since I had already bought a water heater at Lowe's, they were able to remove the old one, install the new one, and replace the piping to the new heater in just a couple of hours. Jessie was very friendly, professional, upfront, and honest with me about the price and timeline of the whole process. Will use again, especially since he does work on manufactured homes, which is something that's surprisingly hard to find.

Well me and my wife were told it would cost 1200 to go through the sheetrock and cut a hole in our concreate floor to fix a water leak. JW did not have to go through the floor only the sheetrock! Still charged us the full price. Definitely a lesson learned here. Do not use these people. In other words if someone quotes you on a price of what will have to be done and only has to do half of it, than the price should have been lowered!! How can someone do that people!!
