Best Back Flow Testing in Lubbock TX

We have used Mr. Justin Time Plumbing 3 different times:

1) Fixed the washer hook up when we first moved in because it was corroded
2) Installed the gas line for our new gas range
3) Redid the pipes under the kitchen sink and installed a new garbage disposal and faucet
