I requested an appt online and never received a call indicating the appt had been approved the following morning. I called at 10 am and was not greeted in a professional manner. Then at 10:56 am I get a random, nearly incomprehensible text from someone (who turned out to be John) asking for some odd information about the house/water heater. I texted back with him for 3-4 messages and then he was just gone. I called and he never answered. I called the company and was told yeah, John's not very good at communication... No one ever showed up and my advice is to STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I used Earl's for a plumbing issue at a rental property. I contacted them based on their online reviews and they exceeded my expectations. The technician, James, went above and beyond looking for parts to fix my leaking shower which was caused by bad valves. I will definitely use again for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks!

Used 1213 Plumbing on Monday August the 8th and Rudy was the only plumber in town that was willing to come in the same day to fix my shower after knowing that I had no water in the house. He showed up on time was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Rudy.

I almost don't want to leave a review because I don't want anyone else to take their time away, so that I can keep them to myself, but they deserve it. My favorite contractor in town. On more than one occasion they have not charged me a service call for one reason or another. One time they told me they would have to rent the equipment to do a job, and told me I should get a quote from this other company, but that they would give me a quote anyways. Basically they told me where I could get the job done cheaper and also spent their time giving me a quote anyways.

Only plumbing co I'll use. I had them install a new toilet flange a while back. Well the bolts came un bolted ..hey stuff happens sometimes. Anyway I called them and they were at my house within 30 min to fix it. No joke

After spending over $5000 the owner refused to discuss a customer service issue. There are lots of good plumbers .....skip this one.
