I've used B&R for about 20 yrs now. Initially I asked for a gas line ran to a hot tub heater in the backyard. Three other companies wouldn't even quote it. B&R did the installation at a reasonable price. I've used them ever since. Reseating toilets, new AC/Heater, replacing leaking gas lines, slab leaks...they've repaired the gamut here. I would highly recommend.

Houston Mechanical Service responded quickly. Most importantly, they did not charge a $320.00 fee (like one Lubbock company wanted to do) for having to drive 80 miles roundtrip to service an aging AC unit. Randy was personable, nice, and helpful. Most importantly he understands that most people just do not have tons of money standing by for repairs or replacements. Knock on wood the AC has been working perfectly since he serviced it in early summer. He got the job done and got us through this summer. I highly recommend this company!

Prompt service, got our heater fixed in a timely manner!

Hector was very prompt, curtious and willing to help. The part he needed to fix my dishwasher was discontinued so he wasn't able to fix the problem but said he would come back to install a replacement that night even though it was Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I unable to come up with one. I will definitely call Earls again next time I need an appliance repaired.

These people settled for $1,200 and when we gave them the credit card info they charged $1,701.25. This is fraud. They are crooks. Do not use their services. Over priced for one and inflate your bill. Criminals!!!

Replace both of our hvac units, left a mess everywhere, left insulation all over clothed and closet, even after being called back out 3 times. Never have received the paperwork or warranty information on the units. Everyone that came out to the house were nice and cordial. The owner or co-owner that originally made the sale would not answer calls at all. I would not use this company again. The units worked as intended.
