Bad customer service.

I used this company five years ago and thought I could trust them. I called them in January 2016 to auger out my sewer line after discovering a blockage. They told me my sewer line was blocked in two places and claimed to have hit the second blockage 20 feet out in my yard. They charged me $200 without fully resolving the problem. Then they wanted to charge me $500 to run a camera through my line to figure out exactly where the blockage was. Thankfully I learned that MSD does this for free and got a second opinion from another plumber and to find out exactly where the blockage was. They told me that Tony's broke my sewer pipe in one place and had no way of augering out 20 feet. I felt lied to and deceived by the company and my $200 literally went down the drain.

After having another privately owned plumbing company just stand me up with no notice I called and they had somebody at my house within a couple of hours but didn’t charge me for an emergency visit. The plumber was able to handle the clean out of my sewer pump in the basement let me know before he did the work exactly how much it was going to cost didn’t add anything else onto the bill at the end was very friendly and patient with my grandbabies trying to climb all over him. I will definitely recommend

Tim did an excellent job at our home. We had a backup water pump installed and he was very efficient and explained everything clearly. He was also very good at diagnosing our problem when we found some water in our storage room. Great manner with clients, energetic, and did a great job for us.
