They came out quickly even though it was not emergency. We needed a repair to an outside spigot and a new one installed. The plumber was great, he addressed the situation, listened to all our concerns and proceeded accordingly. He was very polite and personable, even spent time to put our dog at ease. He took the time to really explain what he was doing and offer alternative solutions. The job was done quickly and professionally and left no mess behind. Another great job from the Tom Drexler crew.

Butch came out and fixed a leaky pipe and our main in our crawl space. Great work, super fast and totally affordable! Other companies wanted over 2x as much as he charged us!! We will definitely use these guys again!

February of 2021 my water heater was replaced they did amazing. August of 2022 I found a leak at one of the sodering points called them because it was there work that needed repaired I left a key so they could get in and next thing I know I got a bill for repairs I never authorized. I never received a call to authorize the repairs. They fixed the leak that caused rust on top of the waterheater but also placed my expansion tank that wasn't leaking. The lady in charge apologized I didn't receive a call but still charged me a fuel fee and a service charge when I questioned it she put me on hold and never picked back up and I would still be on hold .
