Finish the job on time, charge was as estimated. He noticed something in the process that wasn't part of the estimate, fixed it anyway - no additional charge. That's been my experience with them before. Mike diamond isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

After sitting home for an entire day because I was given a FIVE hour wait window, the Mike Diamond technician entirely flaked.
