Memorial Day! Waterfall coming down the ceiling in our downstairs living room when the upstairs toilet flushed! What plumber is possibly going to come out? I placed the call, they were here within the hour, and at no extra charge. Jose Reyes was a sweet and caring man, who knew what to do. He explained clearly what the problem was, removed the toilet, unclogged the drain, and replaced the toilet. We were back in business! He even informed us that we should contact our homeowner's insurance to cover the damage to the ceiling. We did, and the further repairs will be covered by the insurance. Thanks, Jose!

Where do I even begin. This company from its vans to the people are absolutely stunning. I had a VERY difficult job and it wasn’t apparent at all as to what the issues were. Adam, my technician was abs professional from the moment he set foot out of his van and the wonderful lady who took my call was the best. She listened carefully to my situation and had my man Adam out to my place in less than an hour. He and I were baffled at what was giving me my problems so set about on an absolute mission to solve it. He crawled under my house into the scariest place on earth and did some amazing detective work. When he came out he gave me the situation and it was intense. It was a mess from all the many previous people who had done bad work under the house and some of the original galvanized iron pipping from 50 years ago was still there, and that was the main problem. It was rusting and falling apart from the inside out and was installed in the craziest way known to man or alien. They worked super fast. Kept my house clean. Always early and left late, and the job is done above and beyond my expectations.

My tank less heater was down. I called couple of plumbers who asked upfront money to check but Raul from Rodco Plumbing did not ask visiting charge. He came within a couple of hours of phone call and diagnosed the problem. He talked to heater supplier company and convinced that I should get new parts free of cost due to leaks in heat exchanger. He ordered the parts for me and came 2nd day to fix heat exchanger and Solenoid manifold with reasonable charge. I am very satisfied with his service and definitely recommend to others.

$74 for them to come tell me they could not do anything about the leak. The price just to show up is too high.
