I called for a plumbing emergency (flood) and Art told me he'd be here in 30 minutes for a free estimate. He called an hour later and told me he'd be another 20 minutes. I told him I had another company coming to provide an estimate and whoever got here first would get the business. He then told me he didn't want to waste his time and hung up. Not a very nice guy or respectable businessman. Beware!

Jay got back to me right away. Came the following day and replaced my broken and leaking water heater. Very friendly. I am very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.

To say that Jenny and Roy are the most slimy and evasive landlords I've ever had would be a gross understatement. I stayed in two dirty apartments of theirs in Venice, both of which had termites and rodents. They broke the law and the lease agreement they provided and signed. They try to steal a buck wherever they can. They are unorganized, unresponsive, unprofessional, and lazy.
