John, you're a real hero! I hate dealing with plumbing issues and John was there to the rescue. My main was stuck and I figured I had to go bankrupt right after...but not with this company, he gave me a reasonable price and he got the job done quick. I don't normally write reviews but I feel the need to get the word out because after a few calls to other companies everyone was asking way too much...I recomend Cali Rooter & Plumbing without a doubt!!John...call me next month its time to switch out my water heater tank with a tankless.

I had a gas wall heater that was super-overheating and turning itself off (within a couple of minutes of starting) so that it did not start the building on fire. I had a different furnace repair person come out and charged me for NOT fixing the problem because he could not figure out what was wrong. I called Moe and they sent Dimas Martinez out later that very afternoon. Dimas was on time, was courteous and a bit puzzled by the problem himself but figured it out and professionally repaired the heater at a reasonable cost. I was seriously impressed and will definitely use this company again.

I discovered that I had no hot water. I attempted to lite the pilot but it would not stay lit. I called for an appointment and was told someone would be out between 8-1 the following day. Later that day I received a call requesting to reschedule it for between 1-5 and I agreed to this. The next day, at 1:45 pm I received a call that the person scheduled to come out was not trained in water heaters and they could send someone out the following day. Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment and will never do business with them in the future.
