Best Regular Preventative Maintenance in Los Angeles CA

Placed service call for a tankless heater not working (no hot water) on a Thursday afternoon & confirmed an appointment for Friday in the morning hours.

Received a call Friday morning saying they are too busy and will not be able to get to me to one day next week.

This change of heart left no time to find another company & left us with NO HOT WATER for at least the entire weekend!

Will not be trusting this company again in the future!

We had a leak in a a pipe to our water heater and the company that installed it said they could not respond for a few days. Someone recommended Sunset West so we called them and they were here within a half an hour. Stelios, the plumber who came, fixed the leak quickly and professionally. We had a few more minor plumbing needs and Stelios gladly helped us with all of them and had a great attitude about it. We will definitely use them again.

We had a drain backup in my property Tuesday night. I called Express Plumbing & Remodeling that evening and they came out and provide excellent service. I was given a quote and the technician did not leave until he was certain that the issue was resolved. I was grateful for the extra care taken in ensuring the work was completed properly and was impressed with the service provided and I would not hesitate to call them again. Highly recommended thanks!!!

We had a few issues that needed to be corrected and our biggest issue/concern was our master shower. The TRM team solved the problem by correcting the valve, water pressure and temperature, and have now given us The Wynn, Las Vegas shower experience we've wanted all along!

We also appreciated Seth's expertise, professionalism and friendliness and will definitely use TRM again for future projects--as well as recommend them to our friends and family.
