Best Installation Or Repair Water in Los Angeles CA

FAIL!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Please , Please save yourself the time, stress, money and the time off work etc. ... Called made an appointment, rep sounded kinda sketchy as if he wasn't even paying attention to the details of my plumbing issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept my appointment. Long Story Short NO CALL... NO SHOW . not even a call to let me know that they wouldn't be able to make it. I called them about 25 min after my appointment time. No answer, they called me back and apologized and told me that there is a plumber on the way ETA 15 min. .... ok ...I waited another 20 min. Got another call from the plumber: he asked me my name, asked if i had an appointment today..? .. Immediately began to explain that he was just told by dispatch that there was an appointment for me. he looked me up in his system and could not find any info on me. He then began to explain that he was already on his way home and that if i really wanted him to come out then I would be charged for overtime because it was past regular hours and that all he could do is come and shut off the water ( which i had already done) for $180. this company does not care about the customer or consider the frustration a plumbing issue can cause a customer . I had to get out of work early which costs me money, drive across town to shower and wash at my inlaws, not able to shower in the morning. A-1 Plumbing you are so fired.

Mike was great! I thought I had a huge septic issue and he advised me the best. He arrived when he said he was going to, fixed the issue, friendly and got the job done. Five star service

I called in for help with my backed up toilets. The plumber came out and thoroughly explained everything to me. They showed me what the problem was and they gave me some options on how to fix it. They dug in the front yard and they worked into the evening in order to get my toilets working again. They were professional and they left the area they worked on exactly as they found it. I highly recommend Ninja Plumber to my friends.

I have been using E & J for years now and they are so efficient but more importantly they are honest. DO NOT USE MIKE DIAMOND PLUMBING. I hired them to install a water filter system. Unknown to me, they installed a very old model and the filters made by the company are no longer made. Therefore, my system was out of date in a few months. I called the manager and he refused to do anything about it. They used old cheap parts that were out of date they became useless in a few months. My advice is to never use this company.

My experience with Mike Diamond Plumbing was excellent. Victor Pena, the plumber who came out and fixed our drain was thorougly professional and pleasant. Our drain was quickly cleaned - The whole experience was good.
