I haven't ever dealt with a plumber before. I was nervous and need help figuring out what happened to our water heater. Brian came from Rocket Plumbing and totally helped us out!

He helped diagnosis it quickly: there was too much sediment in the hot water tank. I had no idea they needed to be flushed once a year. And Brian gave me a tip to make the water heater last twice as long. =) I give them two thumbs up!

Called these guys when I had a major leak coming from my bathtub. Happy that the plumber got there same day and had the leak repaired for any further issues arose.

He was over the next day and the offending pipe was removed, dried, and replaced within the hour. He is very professional, polite, and answered our questions on future maintenance. I have a very old house and H.N. Harris plumbing has done all of my work since 2015. This house had so much deferred maintenance and Javier and his crew have helped us work on various aspects bit by but as we modernize. They have rebuilt or replaced almost all of the fixtures and replaced at least one pump. We will start repipe as soon as I find a tile guy! I have had quite a few plumbers try to bilk me out of thousands of dollars and Javier has always given me a fair price for a lot of work. Above all, he had helped us to keep the old charm of our existing fixtures the keep the character of the house alive. They are my plumbers for life.

They are unprofessional, make up lies, and I regret using them for Mother’s Day. I ordered online for Mother’s Day to be delivered on that day, but they kept calling my mom 3x while she was at work, the day before Mother’s Day, saying they do not work Sundays and they need to deliver the flowers to her right now. They also lied to my Mom saying they already called me and talked to me about how they don’t work on Sundays (Mothers Day) and they need to change the delivery date. I have never received an email or call from them about this whole situation and they kept harassing my mom at work the day before Mother’s Day lying about their business and the promised delivery date. I even paid extra for the upgrade flowers and when my mom sent me the picture, it was not worth paying $100 for the arrangement.

I used them based on good reviews and I just don’t want anyone else have to use their hard earned money on such an unprofessional business.
