We had Mario out today to assess our in slab air ducts. He explained he needed to scope the ducts to see if we would be a candidate for Duct Armor. Mario took his time in creating a blueprint of our ducts and checked every square inch to find any spots of concern. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable in explaining his findings and went through what the next step would be. I found him to be very thorough and a pleasure to work with. Called Thursday night about a water heater problem. Plumber arrived 15 minutes early Friday morning, inspected the situation, provided an estimate both of money and time. Finish the job on time, charge was as estimated. He noticed something in the process that wasn't part of the estimate, fixed it anyway - no additional charge. That's been my experience with them before. Mike diamond isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.
