SO MUCH BETTER THAN ROTO ROOTER, who was a total nightmare to deal with and quoted us like 3x higher. Unreal. Definitely use local guys like Craig's over the big bureaucratic organizations. Not 24/7 unresponsive poor business practices

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! They swindled my elderly Aunt out of $15k for work she didn't need. I have attempted to call them several times and have yet to receive a call back from the person who conducted the work. I did speak with Carlos (twice) and he assured me that someone would call me back..never did! I even requested that they send me an email with the work requisition - have yet to receive it. They are an abusive and irresponsible company and would never allow them to work on my property. Shame on them!!
