Terrible service from this company. Charged me a $155 for an estimate and provided me an estimate of $12500 to replace 25' of pipe in the ground, install four valves, manifold and a regulator. Talk about price gouging!!!!

Would not recommend this service at all. Poor job quality (happy to share pics and detail) and what's worst, is really taken advantage of on the pricing. Was quoted one thing, then bait and switch. When called on it, was essentially threatened that proprietor would bang on my door until he got his money. Had no issue paying except that I was being gouged. Happy to go into detail and share how and why. Truly unfortunate as there are many people in my area relocating to homes in the neighborhood and was hoping to be able to recommend them, but wish I did more research in this case.

Byron found a few major issues that our inspector missed. Byron explained everything so that we could understand the issue and then provided an estimate to repair the issues. Byron and everyone at Boss Plumbing were responsive, professional and nice. I would not use any other plumber. I would encourage my friends and family to use them. I have been looking for a trustworthy, quality plumber for 13 years and I have finally found one.
