Gregg knew exactly what needed to be done and did it all for a very fair price. I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. On top of being time effective and highly knowledgeable about their trade, these guys were just incredibly kind, respectful and non-intrusive to the building's tenants, I loved their laid-back Jamaican style and trust me, you will too..they have my highest possible recommendation for their outstanding service, fantastic work and best prices - they got the job done right - the first time - and kindly made the work affordable. Strongly recommend them! Vigen found a solution to get a much needed ceiling fan in our master bedroom and did the work on the spot. In addition, noticed several electrical issues and fixed them during the course of his work. Super professional and friendly. I will definitely call them again. I couldn’t be happier with the work and they did it in the midst of 2 very curious dogs lurking at every turn.

These guys are great my water heater went out yesterday morning and they came over within a few hours and replaced the water heater.

Had leak in GE water softener. Technician could not fix the unit but rerouted water pipe so I can use water in the house. He also gave me general information on water filtration and treatment systems. Very informative. They are a little expensive but I was glad they were able to come on July 4 weekend. Very professional and courteous. Thank you.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage

The standard this company holds itself to with quality of workmanship and customer service is one that many plumbing companies should look to achieve. The first time I did business with them was when I decided they will be my go-to and they've been consistent ever since. Great job guys!

It took me a month to realize the sewer sump pump at the back of my property was not working. Not knowing what lurked underground, I needed help fast.

Edwin came to the rescue.

Other plumbers on Yelp indicated they had knowledge of sump pumps. But Edwin was clearly the most knowledgeable when we first talked. It was well worth waiting until the next day when he was available.

Edwin showed up exactly when he said (rare in a contractor), showed me what the issue was, explained what was required to fix it. He also provided me with options to save some money.

It turned out to be a big job. The original sump pump was improperly installed 2' underground with the access pipes over the lid, making it impossible to open up the pump to see inside. Just to see inside took an hour, digging and cutting away the pipes. The pump was filled with roots.

After discussing my options, Edwin returned the next day with a new sump pump. He recommended installing an alarm to prevent the same problem in the future. At first I opted out on the alarm to save money. But later realized he was right; an alarm would help me maintain the new pump instead of replacing it every few years (a much larger expense).

Edwin is very thorough. He explains how everything works in an easy to understand way. He even sent me photos when I was not on site. And he's clean! I didn't have to clean up after him.

It's assuring to find a contractor as honest, friendly and reliable as Edwin. I've started an Edwin To-Do List. I'll be calling him again and I strongly recommend you do to.

Fair, honest and swift service. These guys inherited a botched job from another company and cleared it up quickly and well. I will be using this company again when the need arises.

Rafael, the workman who came out to do the drain clearing, was efficient and did a thorough job cleaning the pipes. He offered more extensive services, but I thought what he did was sufficient for my needs. He also explained that I may need a clear-out pipe located in the front of my home at some time in the future. I appreciated his attention to detail, and the fact that he provided the services I had originally requested at a reasonable price.
