Had major root intrusions in 80' sewer main and decided to try hydrojetting after snaking wasn't getting the job done. Called around to several services who were not clear about what their hydrojetting treatment included as I wanted to be assured that roots would be cleared out and that I'd be able to see the results from video camera. Mr. Speedy gave me straight answers, came out as scheduled and ran the camera and hydrojet together so I could see that each section of roots was cleared. Would highly recommend them.

Sorry, but after repeated calls, I got no response regarding making plans to have a new water heater installed. They installed our last one and were great, and wanted to offer them repeat business, not in an emergency, but still somewhat urgently. During COVID, plumbing services are still essential services and are allowed to conduct regular business. To not even return phone calls for days or not at all is just not the responsiveness I expect from a business where I'm trying to give them repeat business worth hundreds of dollars. The inconvenience of having to find a reliable, trusted alternative is annoying, when this would have been a win-win situation. If they have that much business that they can ignore new business from returning customers, good for them, but to ignore our new offer is not OK; I'm not going to beg to be their repeat customer. You pay a vendor not only for the charges of the work done, but also by giving them the opportunity to do the work in the first place, and being ignored is cavalier and inappropriate.

Very impressed by comprehensive and high-quality services rendered by Plotke Plumbing. My condo needed overhaul remodeling before leasing out: carpeting, hardwood and tile replacement, painting, electric and plumbing works were needed. It could have been very challenging, costly and time-consuming if I had to hire each vendor. When I consulted my needs with Plotke, they said they can take care of them all. They contacted respective vendors, coordinated and managed their work. The duration was about 3 months and the cost was amazingly reasonable. See attached for how my condo looks like now. Wow these guys rock!! Shaun came out to fix a leaky bathroom sink valve. He looked like he coukd do it in his sleep. From turning off the water at the street to changing the valve he was done within 10 minutes! He also told us our toilet was in need of a part in the future but didn't try to sell it to us. Anyway, we called and got an estimate, which seemed very reasonable and we hired him to do the work. He came out and did a great job.
