If you're looking for an honest, skilled group of plumbers look no further. Jimmy Sr. and Jimmy Jr. are great to work with as are their staff (I've worked with Jay and Oliver). Jimmy Sr.'s father was also a plumber and my father called him for his plumbing work. Fast forward to the next generation and when I found out Jimmy had followed in his dad's foot steps it was a no brainer. Although I'm leaving this single review, I've actually used Sunset West many times over the years for plumbing repairs around the house. They're polite, timely, communicative and honest. It's been great to see their business grow and grow because they really do take care of their customers and deserve it!

I interfaced with Jacob and Garth. They promptly coordinated with me, stopped by, sent texts/pics were clear what they charging and why! I had a CO leak in the dryer room and the heater had a venting issue. Most of all, I feel like they were honest, trustworthy and seemed to know what they were doing. I will def be calling them again! In fact, Garth said he wanted to follow up as he suspects my bathroom might have a leak. Amazing!!

Mirra was very good at diagnosising and repairing our electrical problem. Mirra was also great at explaining the nature of the problem and what he would need to do to remedy the problem. Wow! What service! Kitchen sink and washing machine lines clogged this morning. Call them at 1215p. Connie in the office called me back in 3 minutes to ask about the problem and to arrange a tech. George arrived at 2p and fixed the problem. Very satisfied with their response and the work performed. Also, very reasonable price for a Saturday emergency call. Thank you!

We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.
