Best Drain / Sewer in Los Angeles CA

My water heater had a leak on Friday. The main line from the street to the house needed to be replaced, so I called Green Star Plumbing Company in Los Angeles since they did a great job. Ron kept his word and called ahead of time. Even so, he arrived early. Ron guided me through each option, tank and tankless combined. He was quite forthright and sincere. After considering the information he gave me, I decided to use a 50-gallon tank. They started working right away, and after a few hours, the hot water was back.

I was working with Elans plumbing on few projects. Highly recommend to work with them , because the really know what are the doing .

Alex Donis did a great job walking me through what needed to be done as well as showing me step by step what needed to be done with my water heater. He also suggested some things to help heat up water in our entire house. All in all a great job was done by Alex!

Edwin Martinez came out to quote an extensive project - adding an outdoor sink with drainage, creating an outdoor spigot for hose and setting up a drip system line. He was very professional, friendly, and worked hard for two days to get the project done. His craftsman ship was excellent. He also noticed two other issues around the water heater and fixed those free of charge as well. He was generous with his time and expertise and could not say enough good things about him and about West Side Plumbing. Will always return here.

Called Gateway Rooter for a gas leak issue, Nick showed up within an hour, did a full inspection. Found two trouble spots that needed to be addressed, did not charge for the inspection and completed the job needed. Will call Gateway Rooter for any other plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend Gateway Rooter to anyone.

Once again magnet plumbing came to save the day. I manage a building of 49 units and out we had a gas leak somewhere. The city shut the gas for the whole building. They also are the main plumbing company do all the services for my building I have no complains my tenants love them and for this gas problem I call them they showed up right away and they got to work they found the problem fixed it in there able to turn on the gas so that people could have dinner that's amazing Saul is an amazing person he came and helped us through everything he was right on time very professional.

I was referred to Salgado Plumbing by my neighbor. I live in an apartment complex and finding a great plumber is really hard. Luckily when you have great neighbors that you trust, it makes life easy. Anyway, we called and got an estimate, which seemed very reasonable and we hired him to do the work. He came out and did a great job.

On May 25, 2018 I asked Arie Plumbing (Derfla Corp.) to do 3 simple plumbing tasks: Replace an 80 year old outside faucet that no longer functioned, fix a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking, and replace a toilet flusher that no longer worked properly. Each simple task should have taken about 10 minutes apiece. When the plumber arrived, he started with the outside faucet and immediately broke the pipe leading up to the faucet. Now he had to fix a significant length of pipe as well as the faucet. What would have been a 10 minute task turned into a 90 minute job. Which Arie charged me for, even though it wasn't my fault the pipe broke.
The other 2 tasks actually took about 10 minutes each. However, four days after the bathroom faucet was fixed, it was dripping worse than before. I called Arie and talked to Tiffany and Elena, the manager. I asked them to come back and fix the faucet. They refused to return phone calls or my Emails. After 10 days of no responses from Arie Plumbing, I contacted another plumbing firm to fix the faucet.
All this is to describe Arie Plumbing's competence and when you complain or ask them to fix what they say they have fixed, they ignore you.

Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work, they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well.
