Called Gateway Rooter for a gas leak issue, Nick showed up within an hour, did a full inspection. Once again magnet plumbing came to save the day. I manage a building of 49 units and out we had a gas leak somewhere. The city shut the gas for the whole building. They also are the main plumbing company do all the services for my building I have no complains my tenants love them and for this gas problem I call them they showed up right away and they got to work they found the problem fixed it in there able to turn on the gas so that people could have dinner that's amazing Saul is an amazing person he came and helped us through everything he was right on time very professional.

We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink. We have a party starting in few hours in our house and as there was less time we tried to fix it but in vain; then I started to call plumbers in our local area, everyone said they can’t fix it in that less time so they will show up next day. Few plumbers suggested us to postpone our party as it’s almost impossible to fix that big drain problem in just few hours. Fair price for after hours service

Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work, they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well.
