WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

I have a very old house and H.N. Harris plumbing has done all of my work since 2015. This house had so much deferred maintenance and Javier and his crew have helped us work on various aspects bit by but as we modernize. They have rebuilt or replaced almost all of the fixtures and replaced at least one pump. We will start repipe as soon as I find a tile guy! I have had quite a few plumbers try to bilk me out of thousands of dollars and Javier has always given me a fair price for a lot of work. Above all, he had helped us to keep the old charm of our existing fixtures the keep the character of the house alive. They are my plumbers for life.

Where to start, I called this company knowing I had a major issue with my drain pipe going out to the street from my kitchen. When I called around 2 pm they told me they would get someone out that evening to inspect and fix my major issue. I could not believe it anyway by 4 pm the tech Evan was here & really concerned about my issue especially with the holiday coming and a surgery coming for me in days. He routed my system in and out and knowing that the problem was needing a different procedure to open the main line up Evan talked to me about other options we decided that another route needed to be done. Evan scheduled the next morning 9 am Who does that!!!, a different truck with him here too, both men power blew both main lines out completely leaving my drain lines completely cleared out. I couldnt believe how great Evan was in making sure my system was completely 100% fixed, Evan I cannot thank you enough for everything you did and how quickly you took care of these main line problems. I hope your company knows that having a Technician like you working there will bring them more work by word of mouth, because I will tell eveyone I know about my experience and they will be calling Rooter Hero if a issue ever arises. We had a great experience with Major League Plumbing. I reached out to them for new dishwasher and garbage disposal install. Rodrigo had great communication and was able to work within our schedule. Once he got started with the work there were some unforeseen issues with our kitchen plumbing. Rodrigo provided us with solutions to the issues at a reasonable cost which allowed him to properly install our new dishwasher and garbage disposal. Both have been working great since the installation. We have since then recommended Major League Plumbing to our neighbor who also hired them. We have a few more items around the house that require plumbing work and will be reaching out to Major League Plumbing to do the work.

Called Thursday night about a water heater problem. Plumber arrived 15 minutes early Friday morning, inspected the situation, provided an estimate both of money and time. Finish the job on time, charge was as estimated. He noticed something in the process that wasn't part of the estimate, fixed it anyway - no additional charge. That's been my experience with them before. Mike diamond isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Great service and excellent customer service. We had a main line burst at 8 pm. We called Ritz and they were at the site within 30 minutes! They stoped the leak right away and the next day replaced the pipes for us. They went above and beyond to get our water restored. They are true professionals and highly recommended.
