Wonderful, really happy with the service. We had a faulty shower, caused by a faulty mixer cartridge. We originally called Robert's Plumbing & Water Heat Repair, who attend and were polite, but weren't able to remove the cartridge and fix the issue. The plumber from Robert's Plumbing & Water Heat Repair attended shortly after and was able to solve the problem. Within an hour, the badly damaged cartridge was removed, replaced, and the shower was back up and running. Great problem solving and top service. Thanks! :)

Craig came to my house early the next morning and checked every single pipe with Alex, the whole work was completed successfully after 3 days. My sink would not drain and I was afraid of how much I would have to pay to have it fixed. This had been a chronic problem and I had the Rooter people come herr a few times and since they didn't fix it properly I decided to go with a legit plumber. I looked at a lot of online reviews and New Flow Plumbing seemed like an honest business with good reviews and so I hired them to do the job. The man who came to our apartment was very nice and he explained what he would do to fix the issue and why it would work and it has been almost a month and the drain has been flowing better than it ever has been.

During Covid and my mother faced a huge bathroom clog. Mr Speedy came out fully guarded! and fixed the issue at no time. Tried to scam my grandma. Told her the main line was broken and she had to fix it immediately. Luckily she called me up. Turns out it was just a clogged drain in the kitchen. Brought in a second opinion, nothing wrong with her plumbing. They checked the main line with the camera. Real crooks.
