The workers were on time and were able to repair my shower faucet. They also found out that my property did not have a water regulator and they fixed that also. The workers were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

I got no complaints when I hired a plumber from this company.. He was very professional and sympathetic.. He gave me tips to prevent our sink from getting clogged again..

This is the BEST plumbing company I have ever worked with. They have done multiple big jobs for my office and are currently trying to find a gas leak in my house. They are angels and so responsible and super super nice. I love them. Especially Javier. Give them your money!!!

Major League Plumbing came out to.fix water drain pipe approx 4 size round to approx. 18; feet long. Mr. Jose work digging to drain was in Master Bathroom. Took 2 days fix, on second day had cement person, came patch up the hold. Here are some pictures of the job and location in Master Bathroom. Very happy they found the water leaks under tiles and slab Flooring. Thank You Personal and Workers on this project. My water heater had a leak on Friday. The main line from the street to the house needed to be replaced, so I called Green Star Plumbing Company in Los Angeles since they did a great job. Ron kept his word and called ahead of time. Even so, he arrived early. Ron guided me through each option, tank and tankless combined. He was quite forthright and sincere. After considering the information he gave me, I decided to use a 50-gallon tank. They started working right away, and after a few hours, the hot water was back.

Beautiful shower installation at my rental unit, was on time and completed the job before expected. Elan is a very professional guy.

It took me a month to realize the sewer sump pump at the back of my property was not working. Not knowing what lurked underground, I needed help fast.

Edwin came to the rescue.

Other plumbers on Yelp indicated they had knowledge of sump pumps. But Edwin was clearly the most knowledgeable when we first talked. It was well worth waiting until the next day when he was available.

Edwin showed up exactly when he said (rare in a contractor), showed me what the issue was, explained what was required to fix it. He also provided me with options to save some money.

It turned out to be a big job. The original sump pump was improperly installed 2' underground with the access pipes over the lid, making it impossible to open up the pump to see inside. Just to see inside took an hour, digging and cutting away the pipes. The pump was filled with roots.

After discussing my options, Edwin returned the next day with a new sump pump. He recommended installing an alarm to prevent the same problem in the future. At first I opted out on the alarm to save money. But later realized he was right; an alarm would help me maintain the new pump instead of replacing it every few years (a much larger expense).

Edwin is very thorough. He explains how everything works in an easy to understand way. He even sent me photos when I was not on site. And he's clean! I didn't have to clean up after him.

It's assuring to find a contractor as honest, friendly and reliable as Edwin. I've started an Edwin To-Do List. I'll be calling him again and I strongly recommend you do to.

Richards Rooter and Plumbing has great reviews but my experience was disappointing. First, it was $250 to even come to our apartment building (which would then be applied towards the repair.) Then it was $750 (so an additional $500) to cut open the wall and find the leak, even though I correctly identified where the hot water pipe was leaking based on feeling a warm spot on the wall.

Richard suggested a temporary clamp for another $500 (though he said it’d be free if it didn’t work) and coming back to fix it the next day (it was 2:30pm). I asked if it could just be fixed today and had to leave for an appointment and he set about cutting open more of the wall to see the extent of the corrosion. By the time I came back at 4:30pm, he’d put on the temporary clamp which didn’t fully stop the leak (still requesting $500 for it) and said he could fix it at 9am for $2000 with the clamp $500 going towards it (so $1500 more).

I felt like the charges were really high, especially since water was still leaking into the units below. The way Richard seemed more focused on getting paid than actually fixing the leak made me feel like he was taking advantage of the situation and didn’t seem to care about water dripping into people’s homes.

Later that evening, another resident called their own plumber unbeknownst to me and had him fix the leak that night (for $600). I texted Richard as soon as I learned of this so as not to waste his time and he got a little salty, texting things like “And we have a contract if that means anything to you” even though he only wrote an estimate for the repair.

All in all, Richard was available, communicative, and showed up when called, but he was ineffective, expensive, and then snarky when he didn’t get his way. He couldn’t fix two pinhole leaks (even temporarily) for $1250. He would have charged an additional $1500 to do a job that someone else did for $600. I only hope my experience informs others.

INCOMPETENT and UNETHICAL are the two best words to describe my experience with Morganized Plumbing and its owner, Morgan Spiegel.

Morganized cut the water lines to my house without my authorization. Morgan personally admitted to me that he knew what he did was wrong, but justified his actions by saying that the neighbor who asked him to do it was a long-standing client of his, and she didn't like the fact that my water pipes were visible. How crazy is that? It sounds like he is saying that he can be bribed or persuaded to do anything?

Morgan also lied to my tenants about how long the water would be off, by saying that it would only be a short while. However, due to screw-ups by Morgan and his guys, the water was off for the bulk of the day. When the water finally was turned back on, there was so much dirt and mud in the lines that it literally took two hours to flush them out because Morgan's incompetent plumbers also somehow let the debris flow into the water heater.

My tenants had to cancel their plans on a Friday night and stay home, while Morgan removed the debris that he let enter the line. Morgan promised to compensate my tenants for all of the inconveniences he caused, but then refused to honor his agreement.

I would never entrust Morgan and his incompetent guys to work on my house, as he clearly lacks both skill and integrity.

There are much better options for plumbers, so I highly suggest that you save yourself the heartache and disappointment, and go with a different plumber.

Absolutely terrible. They didnt show up to an appointment ( that they never called to cancel, I had to call them to see why), when I called they offered no explanation at all. 2 days later they finally show up hours late to the appointment they set. Did nothing and left. When questioned about it I was given nothing but threats and attitude. Yes threats to show up there and handle this like a man. Guess what, men handle the job given to them not back out of their responsibilities and try to thug their way out of guilt. Boycott, contact the bbb, do not spend your money here. Let's as a community put this poor excuse for a black owned business out of business. It's making us look bad.
