Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage

We just share the same name.] I started by going to the 49.95 rooter guy on a Sunday afternoon He came within an hour and tried wanted to tell me that he could really fix my problem for $2000.00, I called up Plumber 2 The Rescue. I had used Warren's service many times over the past 20 years, but was ordered to try someone else. I did and I was nearly sc***ed. Warren's son, Josh, was monitoring the phones and he arrived in 30 minutes. Josh proved he really knows his stuff just like his old man. He was clean, neat and professional. The truck he brought didn't have the valves he needed for my job, so he jumped out, took the extra time he needed to get them on his own and charged me $200 for the work and $48 for the values. No additional time was added.

I had my bathrooms redone last year. The contractor insisted on using his own plumber. I would have preferred Warren, but the contractor wouldn't hear of it! Arrrrrg! The quality of Josh's work is definitely worth a raise.

Edwin Martinez came out to quote an extensive project - adding an outdoor sink with drainage, creating an outdoor spigot for hose and setting up a drip system line. He was very professional, friendly, and worked hard for two days to get the project done. His craftsman ship was excellent. He also noticed two other issues around the water heater and fixed those free of charge as well. He was generous with his time and expertise and could not say enough good things about him and about West Side Plumbing. Will always return here.

Even though they will still open in the late hours they wanted to charge emergency prices I didn't like that.

Have been using Roy Smith plumbers for over 20 years. As usual, the plumber was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak under my kitchen sink.

On May 25, 2018 I asked Arie Plumbing (Derfla Corp.) to do 3 simple plumbing tasks: Replace an 80 year old outside faucet that no longer functioned, fix a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking, and replace a toilet flusher that no longer worked properly. Each simple task should have taken about 10 minutes apiece. When the plumber arrived, he started with the outside faucet and immediately broke the pipe leading up to the faucet. Now he had to fix a significant length of pipe as well as the faucet. What would have been a 10 minute task turned into a 90 minute job. Which Arie charged me for, even though it wasn't my fault the pipe broke.
The other 2 tasks actually took about 10 minutes each. However, four days after the bathroom faucet was fixed, it was dripping worse than before. I called Arie and talked to Tiffany and Elena, the manager. I asked them to come back and fix the faucet. They refused to return phone calls or my Emails. After 10 days of no responses from Arie Plumbing, I contacted another plumbing firm to fix the faucet.
All this is to describe Arie Plumbing's competence and when you complain or ask them to fix what they say they have fixed, they ignore you.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Todd and his team are incapable of professional work.

I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys??

The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing.

Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him.

The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done.

The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too.

Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review. I don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.
