I called after I had another company attempt to fix my shower...the plumber arrived and spent about 15 min diagnosing the problem, he gave me a much betterprice than the first company and quickly got to work.. if you want someone experienced and knows how to make you feel at ease about your plumbing call them, they did a free sewer line inspection with a camera found our main sewer line wad broken and we had to fix issue but the fact they did a main sewerline it was great.

Awesome service by awesome people. They came out to my house earlier this week to replace my old bathtub. Both their techs were the incredibly professional & efficient and the installation was seamlessly done in two hours or so. I’ll definitely turn to Aloco Plumber again the next time I need a plumber and would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

In fact, I'm quite pleased with everything! The plumber was exceptional; he went above and above to deliver an excellent toilet repair. It's useable again, and it works much better than before! It means a lot to me.

Alex replaced 2 ft galvanized pipe with copper pipe with brass attachment in already open ceiling...easy access...he cut the galvanized pipe and took off the elbow and pipe ... reassemble brass and attached the copper pipe which took him 1 1/2 hr?
$ 180.hr plus parts $59.= 335.??

We hired Ritz Plumbing under the pretense it was Benedict and Benedict Plumbing, a renown plumbing company in Pasadena. After hiring this plumbing company we found out Benedict and Benedict had shut down and sold their company name to Ritz Pluming. We went ahead and allowed them to do the job anyway, a faucet replacement in our upstairs bathroom tub. The so-called plumber did not do the job properly and the pipe he worked on ended up having a leak in it. He came out and repaired it and soon thereafter discovered he did not repair the damage properly, and resulted in yet another leak, causing excessive water damage throughout. Everything in the downstair bathroom, which was directly below the upstairs bathroom, had to be replaced including drywall, wallpaper, wood floor, etc. The workmanship involved to make the restoration repairs was so substandard we had to hire contractors to again fix what they messed up. You could see the primer through the one coat of paint they put down; the wallpaper did not extend to the edge of the wall, leaving a gap exposing the drywall and eventually, just peeled off. We've had to hire a painter, wallpaper specialist and a carpenter to re-install the moulding around the door because it was so crooked. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Don't let this happen to you.....
