Very professional, clean (important these days) and got the job done. Our sewer line got backed up, causing flooding and damage in our bathroom, living room hardwood floor, drywall and basement ceiling walls and carpet. They took care of everything quickly. Highly recommend.

Rafael showed up on time, fixed our plugged up kitchen sink and diagnosed a leak coming from our HACV system. Service was fast, clean, efficient and very reasonably priced. He was very nice and even hauled the old toilet away. Then he gave us a written invoice without us having to ask for it. Really down to earth. I highly recommend them!

I needed to unclog a drain in the bathroom sink. The guys showed up on time, took a look at everything and told me how much it will cost. 10 mins later, they were done! And they even cleaned up after themselves! I'm amazed! Best plumbing company I've ever dealt with! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

During Covid and my mother faced a huge bathroom clog. Mr Speedy came out fully guarded! and fixed the issue at no time. A total rip off. It was like buying a used car. The job should of cost $250. but cost $4000. for a simple sewer repair. 1 guy showed up, then two, then 5. Tried to get me to spend more. The only positive things about this job was Ramon. Professional, on time and very polite. The girls in the office are nice too. Overall, I would NEVER call Ritz again no matter what. It took 2 months to get an inspector out to verify the job. This job was for my mom of 94 who died 2 weeks later. The job was on Chariton in LA. This was a set up from the get go. NEVER call these people again no matter what. A true SCAM.
