Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they did the repair in a timely manner. Over 35 years of owning homes and dealing with plumbers, this team has exceeded all expectations. I live in downtown Los Angeles in an old house circa 1928. I was very lucky the first 2 years after the purchase until last week when I heard a drip, drip, drip, on my living room ceiling. I searched upstairs but nothing seemed to be wrong. I couldn’t find the source of the drip. So I called a plumber in my area. They were very polite on the phone and made me feel like they knew how to handle the problem. The next day Near and Best Plummer came bright and early. The guy was neat and clean unlike other companies I used in the past. He tracked down the leak in my master bathroom under my sink and in a few minutes the problem was solved.
While Joseph was there, I also asked him if he could snake out the drain in the master bathroom because even though it worked it drained very slowly. In no time it flowed like new. This was a super plumbing company and I’m glad I found them.

I had a leak coming from my garbage disposal and Edwin took great care to try and fix the existing one without having to replace it. After one leak was fixed he discovered a second leak which meant replacing the disposal. I appreciated his thoroughness and honesty throughout the whole process. He went and bought a new disposal right away and replaced the unit. He was very transparent, honest and provided me with a receipt for the unit he had to purchase. I would definitely recommend this company!!

He was very nice and even hauled the old toilet away. Then he gave us a written invoice without us having to ask for it. Really down to earth. I highly recommend them!

On time, professional and courteous. They have been out family plumbers for more than 30 years.

I called this pluming company because I could not turn on the water heater that was relatively new. the person that came out and looked at the water heater told me we have to change the burner. I knew he was incorrect so I told him to I did not think that was the problem and called another pluming company and they came out and fix the heater by changing the thermal coupler. Meanwhile I was charged $120 for nothing. So I will never use them again and I do not think you should use them either.
